I offer short- and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing a diverse range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Therapy can be an opportunity to explore and understand parts of your life that feel difficult or stuck. My role is to offer a safe, thoughtful space where we can explore what is troubling you and help you find a way forward.
I have worked for several years across both short- and long-term psychotherapy settings with adults and children. I have a firm grounding in the major approaches to psychotherapy and am able to work with numerous life issues, including:

What to Expect
My training is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches rather than using a single model. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
There are many therapeutic approaches to counselling and psychotherapy; however, research suggests that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in meaningful change. Building a safe and collaborative relationship will therefore be central to our work.

My work is guided by professional standards and ethical codes of practice set out by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
